- 120 g onion, diced
- 80 g bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 240 g kidney beans, drained
- 240 g black beans, drained
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- to taste salt & pepper
Steps
- Sauté onion & pepper in oil 5 min.
- Add garlic; cook 1 min.
- Add tomatoes, beans, spices; simmer 25–30 min.
- Adjust seasoning and serve.
